Co-founder Ipshita Pall is a fine dining chef who competed on Iron Chef America. She and her husband, Amrit, moved to “the silicon valley of dairy” – Upstate New York to explore their passion to create clean, healthy food for the whole family to enjoy. During her pregnancy with their first child, Ipshita began researching probiotic foods she could eat. She discovered the need for a deliciously flavored healthy probiotic drink and decided it was time to go to her kitchen! After hours of experimenting with fresh fruits and spices, Ipshita discovered a delicious lassi with fruit and spice flavors never combined before!
On May 12th, the couple welcomed their son into the world and that same day, The Indian Milk and Honey Co., was incorporated. Quite a full birthday! Amrit and Ipshita poured all their savings into their dream and built a food plant in Freeville, NY. Their promise is – no funny business, only fine ingredients and a chef’s magic!
